ISLAMABAD, APRIL 18 (ONLINE): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has restored the petition of Bushra Bibi seeking her shifting from Bani Gala to Adiala jail which was early rejected due to non follow up. The court has ordered to fix the petition for hearing on April 22 besides conducting medical check up of Bushra Bibi. Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb of IHC has issued this order after hearing petition of Bushra Bibi on Thursday.
Counsel Usman Riaz Gull on behalf of Bushra Bibi and state counsel Abdul Rehman appeared in the court. During the hearing of the case state counsel Abdul Rehman too did not oppose restoration of Bushra Bibi petition. The court remarked what are the requisites of sub jail. The court should be assisted on this matter on next hearing.The court ordered for medical check up of Bushra Bibi.
The court while directing to fix the central petition of Bushra Bibi seeking her shifting from Bani Gala to Adiala jail on April 22 adjourned the hearing of the case. It is pertinent to mention that Bushra Bibi petition was dismissed on previous hearing due to non- follow up. The counsels for Bushra Bibi had filed miscellaneous petition again for restoration of petition.
