IHC reserves judgment on contempt of court plea for not arranging party workers meeting with Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD, MARCH 03 (ONLINE): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has reserved judgment on contempt of court plea for not arranging meeting of PTI founder Imran Khan with party workers on Thursday as per schedule.

Justice Raja Inam Amin Minhas remarked ” let us see. I will issue formal order on this petition.

He gave these remarks during hearing of petition filed by PTI founder on Monday.

Faisal Chaudhry counsel for Imran Khan appeared in the court.

During the hearing the counsel argued Chief Justice and Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan have passed orders in connection with jail meeting. Notice has been issued to superintendent Adiala Jail and reply has been sought from him.
Order is also there in regard to meeting of PTI founder with Bushra Bibi. It was settled with Adjala Jail authorities family and lawyers would meet Imran Khan on Tuesday and friends would meet on Thursday.
Justice Inam Amin Minhas has remarked there is order in it what is plea. There is objection of registrar office too.

The counsel told the court there is February 6 order and all the orders which are there are not being implemented. One petition is fixed with Chief Sahb tomorrow. Superintendent has to appear in the morning. Both of the decisions of the court are attached with this petition. The remaining orders don’t relate with them. Superintendent own statement is also therein. In the light of it there is order of November 8 .

The court reserved judgment after hearing  the petition.
