ISLAMABAD, JAN 10 (ONLINE): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered police and FIA not to harass PTI leader Khadija Shah besides issuing notice to the respondents and seeking reply from them.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till next week.
The petition from PTI leader Khadija Shah in connection with provision of details of the cases registered against her came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamer Farooq Friday.
CJ IHC while issuing notice to the respondents sought reply from them on next hearing.
IHC restrained police and FIA from harassing Khadija Shah.
Counsel Aamna Ali appeared on behalf of Khadija Shah in the court taking the plea that details of cases registered against the petitioner be provided. Police be restrained from harassing petitioner and her family till the provision of details of the cases.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till next week.
