ISLAMABAD – April 4 (ONLINE) The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday heard the petition against Pakistan Electronic Crimes Act (PECA), jointly filed by media organizations.
Hearing included media personality Mohsin Jameel Baig’s bail pleas in terrorism charges against him.
Additional Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General did not appear before the court. IHC’s Justice Athar Minallah while directing petitioners to submit their written replies adjourned the court.
