LAHORE, JANUARY 29 (ONLINE): Lahore High Court (LHC) has dismissed appeal on obtaining record of documents related to divorce between Khawar Manika and Bushra Bibi.
A two members bench of LHC presided over by Justice Shehram Sarwar Chaudhry took up for hearing petition filed by local lawyer Monday.
The court rejected the petition being not persuaded by the local lawyer.
It is pertinent to mention that Islamabad High Court (IHC) has extended stay order in connection with trial of Nikah during Iddat case against PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi.
The court has already ordered trial court not to record the statements of the witnesses.
Earlier IHC had rejected the plea for issuing stay order on trial of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in Nikah during Iddat case.
