ISLAMABAD, Aug 26 (Online): PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry has said that Islamabad High Court (IHC) decision proves that law is name of judges in the country.
He tweeted “in view of IHC statement against the institutions is such a grave matter that the court ignored the grave allegation like custodial torture.
IHC ordered to hand over Shahbaz Gill to police and on the other hand in view of Peshawar High Court the KP government order for registering cases against PDM leaders on the same charges is invalid.
He held that the KP government cabinet decision was suspended without issuing notice to KP government. It proves that law is name of judges in the country. It seems as if law is subordinate to judge and not judge to law.
It is pertinent to mention here PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry had earlier in his statement criticized the acting chief justice of IHC.
