ISLAMABAD, March 29 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has allowed PTI leader Aamir Dogar to go for Umrah. The court directed Aamir Dogar to file his affidavit with deputy registrar. The court also issued notice to the respondents for April 22 on Aamir Dogar petition. Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamer Farooq issued the orders on Aamir Dogar petition.
The petition filed by Aamir Dogar came up for hearing before IHC Friday.
The court stated that Aamir Dogar can go for Umrah from April 3-9.
The court while directing Aamir Dogar to file affidavit with deputy registrar remarked Aamir Dogar be allowed to go abroad once despite inclusion of his name in any list.
Aamir Dogar appeared in the court along with his counsel Ali Bukhari.
The court while allowing Aamir Dogar to perform Umrah adjourned the hearing till April 22.
