ISLAMABAD, January 04 (Online): Accountability Court (AC) has adjourned hearing of Tosha khana case against former president Asif Ali Zardari, former Prime Ministers Mian Nawaz Sharif and Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani till Janauary 15 due to non availability of Judge Muhammad Bashir.
Rana Irfan appeared in the court on behalf of Nawaz Sharif as his pleader.
Exemption from attendance plea was filed by Asif Ali Zardari and Yousuf Raza Gillani .
NAB prosecutor Sohail Arif appeared in the court. However supplementary reference could not be filed by NAB on Thursday too.
Nawaz Sharif had joined investigation in reference pertaining to precious vehicles and gifts.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till January 15.
