ISLAMABAD, Dec 26 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has adjourned till December 28 hearing of petitions seeking details of cases against PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur and his brothers Omar Amin and Faisal Amin and restraining authorities from arresting them.
The hearing has been adjourned due to non availability of senior lawyer.
Justice Babar Sattar heard the case with objections from registrar office Tuesday.
Raja Zahoor ul Hassan counsel for the petitioner did not appear in the court.
Junior lawyer Raheel Azam appeared in the court who told the court that senior lawyer Raja Zahoor ul Hassan cannot appear due to death of his sister.
The court fixed the petitions with objections on December 28 due to non availability of senior lawyer.
Ali Amin Gandapur and his brothers Faisal Amin and Omar Amin had filed petitions for provision of the details of their cases to them.
It has been requested in the petition that court should grant them protective bail till the provision of details of their cases by police and other institutions.
Federation, Islamabad and Punjab and KP Police have been made respondents in the petition. Anti corruption and NAB too have been made respondents.
The petition said that it has come to knowledge cases are registered in different police stations of Islamabad including Ramna and Golra.
The petition further said Ali Amin Gandapur is president of a political party. He remained former minister. He has been nominated in so many cases illegally.
The petitions have been filed through counsel Raja Zahoor ul Hassan.
The court fixed December 28 for hearing of petitions owing to non availability of senior counsel.
