ISLAMABAD, March 30 (Online): Judicial magistrate Islamabad has adjourned till April 8 further hearing of fraud case registered against Fawad Chaudhry due to non appearance of the counsel and Fawad Chaudhry plea for giving date before Eid.
The case was registered in Police station Aabpara.
Fawad Chaudhry was presented in the court of judicial magistrate Dr Sohail Thahim Saturday. However Qaisar Iman counsel for Fawad Chaudhry did not appear in the court.
Faisal and Faraz Chaudhry brothers of Fawad Chaudhry were also present in the court.
Hiba Fawad wife of Fawad Chaudhry was also present in the court.
Fawad Chaudhry requested the court to give date before Eid saying please give the date prior to Eid. I will be able to meet my family members before Eid.
The court while accepting plea adjourned hearing of case till April 8.
