ISLAMABAD, JAN 07 (ONLINE): Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has adjourned till January 9 hearing of bail after arrest pleas of 250 PTI workers accused in cases pertaining to November 26 protest in D Chowk.
Duty judge Tahir Abbas of ATC heard the bail pleas Tuesday.
Counsels of the accused including Ansar Kiyani, Sardar Masroof, Amna Ali, Fateh Ullah Burki and others appeared in the court.
The court remarked bail pleas of several accused persons have been approved and of some accused rejected in these cases.
Sick accused persons and children have been granted bail.
The court remarked we keep pending all these petition for tomorrow. -Tomorrow Judge Sahb will come.
Prosecutor requested the court to give the date of Friday or Saturday in these petitions.
The court adjourned the hearing till January 9.
Two cases each against over 250 PTI workers are registered in police station Kohsar, Karachi company and Secretariat and one case each in police station Margalla, Tarnol and Ramna.
