ISLAMABAD, April 14 (Online): Handing over PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur to Bhakkar police on transit remand has been challenged in Islamabad High Court (IHC).
Sher Afzal Khan Murawwat, counsel for Ali Amin Gandapur has filed petition in IHC taking the plea that district and sessions judge rejected Ali Amin Gandapur pleas for transit remand. IHC had ordered that Ali Amin Gandapur be not handed over to the police of other province. District and Sessions Judge decision does not conform to IHC decision.
The petitioner has prayed the matter be fixed for immediate hearing. The decision be given after inspecting all the three cases against Ali Amin.
