Haleem Adil Sheikh files petition in EC against election rigging

ISLAMABAD, March 08 (Online): Haleem Adil Sheikh independent candidate from NA-238 has filed petition against alleged rigging in Election Commission (EC). The petitioner has requested the court to take action against Returning Officer (RO) for tempering form 45.
The petitioner filed the petition in EC on Friday.

Later talking to media men he said today we were stopped from entering into the building of EC. Salaries are being paid to EC out of hard earned money of people. A chaotic situation prevails in the country.
He held the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) is responsible for the instability in the country.

He went on to say justice Fakhar ud Din G Ibrahim tendered resignation in 2013 due to objections on election. We reject rigging stricken election. It will be better to call Chief Election Commission Sikandar Sultan Raja asa chief selection commission.
Our captain was tried in Adiala jail in contempt of election commission case. We will move superior courts against the contempt of people.

I have come to EC for the sake of my seat but for the miseries of people.
The CEC changed the people vote with one stroke of pen.
The decision of judicial murder of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was made. It is good thing. Some bench be constituted on the murder of rights of people.

In form 45 my votes were 84000 and on February 9 MQM candidate was declared winner in form 47.

We are going to approach Supreme court against the forgery in form 45, he added.
