ISLAMABAD, March 18 (Online): Federal government has taken stern notice of participation of Chief Minister (CM) Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) in Imran Khan Caravan with official protocol.
According to sources Khalid Khurshid is participating in the caravan with armed guards.
GB police are providing security to Imran Khan despite federal government orders.
Federal government sources said CM GB cannot provide official security to Imran Khan in political rallies and on his appearance in the court.
Federal government has started mulling over different options for taking action against GB CM.
Interior ministry has contacted chief secretary and IG GB besides directing them to stop police commandos deployed on GB CM security to be used for political purpose.
