ISLAMABAD, NOV 02 (Online): Government has resorted to Islamabad High Court (IHC) for revocation of PTI Senator Azam Swati bail in controversial tweet case.
The government while filing petition through FIA technical officer Anees ur Rehman said special judge central granted bail to Azam Swati by transgressing his powers and he granted bail in other clauses including PECA-2016.
The government while making Azam Swati respondent prayed the court to declare the special judge central illegal and withdraw its decision of granting bail to Azam Swati.
It is pertinent to mention here the special court had accepted bail plea of Senator Azam Swati ten days before.
