ISLAMABAD, DEC 25 (ONLINE): Federal government has decided to promulgate presidential ordinance in connection with madaris registration.
President Asif Ali Zardari will promulgate an ordinance regarding registration of madaris.
The decision to promulgate ordinance was taken in the meetings of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif with President Asif Ali Zardari and Maulana Fazlur Rehman.
JUI-F and other stake holders have agreed on the ordinance pertaining to madaris registration.
Legal protection will be provided to madaris under directorate general religious education and society registration amendment act in new ordinance.
