ISLAMABAD, July 14 (Online): Former president Gen (Retd) Pervez Musharraf petition has been fixed for hearing in Supreme Court (SC) after his death.
Pervez Musharraf had challenged the decision of rejection of his nomination papers in election-2013. His appeal plea was filed on April 06, 2013.
Now this appeal plea has been fixed for hearing.
A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) will take up appeal plea filed by former president Pervez Musharraf against rejection of his nomination papers for hearing on July 20.
Altaf Shakoor, president Paspan Pakistan had filed petition on April 06, 2013 in Election Commission seeking rejection of nomination papers of candidate Pervez Musharraf from Karachi constituency NA-250 .
