ISLAMABAD, Oct 12 (Online): Election Commission (EC) has reserved judgment on the petition regarding violation of electoral code of conduct by chairman PTI during by polls in NA-24 Charsada.
The case came up for hearing before a 3-member bench of EC Thursday.
Barrister Gauhar, counsel for PTI told we had filed reply in EC. There was flood only and we had not gone there for public meeting. PTI chairman himself was candidate in the by polls in NA-24 Charsada. The petitioner has obtained stay order from high court and has not filed reply.
EC reserved judgment on the petition.
