EC issues notification of some other woman on seat reserved for JUI-F women

ISLAMABAD, March 11 (Online): Election Commission (EC) has issued notification of some other woman on the seat reserved for JUI-F women.JUI-F has demanded for investigation into matter and nullification of notification. In the letter addressed to Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) by JUI-F it has been said that EC has issued notification of some unknown woman from KP on the reserved seat of woman against JUI quota. The notification for success has been issued on reserved seat of woman in National Assembly.

According to letter the notification has been issued under number F-6 of 2024. In the letter JUI-F chairman Maulana Fazlur Rehman said Sadaf Ehsan is neither member of party nor her name is included in JUI-F list.It was requested in the letter that Sadaf Ehsan notification be cancelled and notification of success of Miss Hina Bibi be issued. The matter for issuing notification in name of stranger woman against reserved seat be investigated that either it is mistake or has been issued in connivance.
