ISLAMABAD, MARCH 04 (ONLINE): Election Commission (EC) has declared incomplete the documents filed by PTI chairman barrister Gohar Ali Khan in PTI intra party election case.
Member Election Commission KP remarked who is running internal matters of PTI. Name of Suleman Akram Raja comes in media. What is his status in the party. PTI intra party elections are controversial.
A 4-member bench of EC led by election commissioner Sindh Nisar Durrani took up PTI intra party case for hearing Tuesday.
Barrister Gohar, Akbar S Babar and others appeared in EC.

Barrister Gohar said we are running the matters under indoor management. When you give certificate then the matter will be resolved.
Member EC said ” get abolish the stay order from high court.
Barrister Gohar Khan said there is no stay order with reference to proceedings of this case.
Member EC said this case is not trial.
Member EC KP said this is not possible that we should reserve judgment on it and wait for court’s decision. What documents have been given by you are not complete.
Akbar S Babar said this is matter of public interest. EC has declared intra party election controversial in Supreme Court. We want EC announces decision on it today.
Hearing of the case was adjourned till April 8.
