ISLAMABAD, January 17 (Online): Dr Syed Asif Hussain has been appointed new secretary Election Commission (EC).
New Secretary EC has been appointed on contract basis for one year.
According to EC Dr Syed Asif Hussain has been appointed new secretary of EC. Chief Election Commissioner has appointed grade -22 officer for one year.
Notification for immediate appointment of Dr Asif Hussain has been issued.
According to notification special secretary Dr Syed Asif Hussain has been appointed secretary EC for one year on contract basis.
According to EC sources chief election commissioners of Punjab and Balochistan have also been transferred.
