Diplomatic passport issued to Nawaz

ISLAMABAD – November 10 (ONLINE) The Government of Pakistan has issued diplomatic passport to Nawaz Sharif, the three times prime minister, currently in a self-exile in London.

Well placed sources revealed Thursday that the passport was issued after final confirmation by the Foreign Ministry. Passport has been issued for a time patch of five years, according to sources.

According to sources, the passport was sent by the Passport and Immigration office. It is pertinent to mention here that Nawaz’s passport was suspended by previous PTI government after the former Prime Minister was declared absconder in a corruption case.

Sources said that Nawaz will be receiving his diplomatic passport today (Friday), while he had already received his common passport earlier this year.
