LAHORE, JAN 07 (ONLINE): Former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Ch Pervaiz Elahi has been indicted in NAB reference of alleged corruption in development projects .
Accountability Court (AC) Lahore indicted Pervaiz Elahi in reference related to alleged corruption in development projects.
Pervaiz Elahi pleaded not guilty.
The court summoned witnesses on next hearing.
The court’s staff completed the attendance of Pervaiz Elahi in the vehicle.
Pervaiz Elahi signed indictment sheet.
Earlier the kick back and corruption in Gujarat development projects reference against Pervaiz Elahi and others came up for hearing before the court.
Judge Zubair Shahzad Kiyani of AC heard the reference.
Counsels for Pervaiz Elahi appeared in the court.
The court inquired where is Pervaiz Elahi.
The counsel replied Pervaiz Elahi will reach till 11.30 a.m
The court adjourned the proceedings.
The court has already indicted Muhammad Khan Bhatti, Khalid Mehmood Chatha, Asif Mehmood, Naeem Iqbal, Muhammad Asghar and Asad Ali.
