ISLAMABAD, FEB 25 (ONLINE): District and Sessions Court Islamabad has upheld non-bailable arrest warrants of Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur in audio leaks case.
The audio leaks case against CM KP Ali Amin Gandapur came up for hearing before additional sessions judge Abdul Ghafoor Kakar Tuesday.
Ali Amin Gandapur did not appear in the court .
Raja Zahoor ul Hassan counsel for ALi Amin Gandapur appeared in the court.
Co-accused Umar Farooq appeared in the court and marked his attendance.
The court while upholding non- bailable arrest warrants of Ali Amin Gandapur adjourned the hearing of the case till March 6.
