ISLAMABAD, APRIL 07 (ONLINE): District and Session court Islamabad has upheld arrest warrants of Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur in recovery of liquor and arms case.
Recovery of arms and liquor case against Ali Amin Gandapur came up for hearing before judicial magistrate Mubashar Hassan Chishti Monday.
The defence counsel took the plea Ali Amin Gandapur is on bail granted by Peshawar High Court (PHC). Court should first hear acquittal plea for which presence is not necessary.
The court while upholding arrest warrants of Ali Amin Gandpapur adjourned the hearing of the case till April 26.
Case against Ali Amin Gandapur is registered in police station Bhara Kahu.
