LAHORE, May 16 (Online): Anti-terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has dismissed the interim bail of PTI leader Fawad Ch, mohammad Hammad Azhar , Mian Mehmood Rashid, Senator Ejaz Ahmed Ch, Farrukh Habib, Umer Ayub in Zaman Park vandalism throwing petrol bomb on police and riots case being not persuaded.
Anti terrorism court judge Ejaz Ahmed pronounced the verdict
The council for Umer Ayub took the plea Umer Ayub is pre occupied in a court at Islamabad. Therefore the decision for rejecting the bail be withdrawn.
ATC judge remarked what will be left in country where judge and journals start taking back decision.
ATC judge Ejaz Ahmed further remarked this is decision of Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah OF Supreme Court, I will not withdraw decision.
