ISLAMABAD, March 22 (online): Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has ordered to release Siddique Jan bureau chief of Private TV Channel and Muhammad Idress Chachar againsnt the surety bonds in sum of Rs 50000.
The case came up for hearing before ATC Islamabad led by Judge Raja Jawad Abbas Wednesday.
Police requested the court to grant physicl remand for more 5 days.
The judge while expressing resentment over it reamrked first of all we have to see either he is journalist or terrorist.
The investigation officer told the court Muhammad Idress has no any role and he be discharged from the case.
The court discharged Siddique Jan and Muhammad Idrees from case.
The court ordered Siddique Jan to file surety bonds in the sum of Rs 50000.
