ISLAMABAD, FEB 06 (ONLINE): Supreme Court (SC) constitutional bench has issued notice again to Pervaiz Elahi due to non serving of notice to him in Hamza Shahbaz chief minister case.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case for indefinite period.
Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar remarked what is left in this case when the decision of article 63-A was abolished.
Hamza Shahbaz chief minister case came up for hearing before 7-member SC constitutional bench presided over by justice Amin ud Din Khan here Thursday.
Court staff said the notice was issued to Pervaiz Elahi but it could not be served.
Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar inquired has something been left in this case.
They court said the decision in which review is wanted it was based on the case related to article 63-A.
Counsel for Hamza Shahbaz said the decision of chief minister Punjab election case is still in place.
The court issued notice again to Pervaiz Elahi besides adjourning the hearing of the case for indefinite period.
