ISLAMABAD, JAN 14 (ONLINE): Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has approved interim bail plea of Bushra Bibi till February 7 against surety bonds in the sum of Rs 5000 each in D-chowk protest cases.
The judge also took issue with the defense team’s actions, reprimanding them for asking Bushra Bibi to sign and thumbprint blank papers. He instructed, “The accused must sign and thumbprint the court orders, not blank sheets.”
Bail before arrest pleas of Bushra Bibi in 13 cases related to D-chowk protest came up for hearing before ATC Islamabad.
The court approved interim bail pleas of Bushra Bibi in 13 cases till February 07.
