ISLAMABAD, March 09 (Online): District and Sessions Court Islamabad confirmed bail before arrest in respect of PTI leader Amir Masood Mughal in two cases related to May 9 and 10 incidents of siege and riots
Additional district and sessions judge Tahir Abbas Sipra has heard the bail before arrest pleas.
Amir Mughal appeared in the court along with his counsel Ansar Mehmood Kiayni and others in the court.
The court confirmed the bail on completion of arguments from the respondents.
The court confirmed the bail in two cases against surety bonds of Rs 50000 each and one local guarantor.
Two cases are registered against Amir Masood Mughal in police station Sangjani.
