PESHAWAR, FEB 23 (Online): District and Sessions Judge Peshawar has awarded 26 months sentence and fined Rs 50000 fine to a person accused in torching national flag.
The case of accused Junaid Ahmad came up for hearing in the court of Sessions Judge Peshawar. He was charged with torching national flag in Kirk.
FIA cyber crime had registered case against him and arrested him.
The court on completion of arguments awarded 26 months sentence and fined Rs 50000.
