LAHORE, MARCH 18 (ONLINE): The court has approved physical remand of accused Ahsan Shah in Ameer Balaj murder case. The accused Ahsan Shah was presented by CIA Police in the court of Judicial magistrate Sadaf Batool Monday. The police requested that more investigation is required from the accused Ahsan Shah.
The court while accepting Police plea handed over the accused Ahsan Shah to police custody till March 23. It is pertinent to mention here police had taken the accused Ahsan Shah into custody for providing information about Ameer Balaj. Ahsan Shah was close friend of victim Ameer Balaj.
Ahsan Shah is charged with making contacts with the accused persons. Ahsan Shah had received money from the nominated accused for providing information. It is pertinent to mention here Ameer Balaj was murdered in a marriage ceremony in a private housing society.
