ISLAMABAD, May 18 (Online): Law Minister Azam Nazir Tarar has said Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Hamza Shahbaz Sharif is neither resigning nor anyone can remove him.
“PML-N and its allies are having strength of 177 members in Punjab Assembly (PA). Hamza Shahbaz will complete its legal and constitutional term.
PML-N is having 165 members in PA, PPP 7, independents 4 and one from Rah-e-Haq party, he claimed. On the other hand total number of PTI and PML-Q members of provincial assembly stands at 158.
He indicated Chief Justice Lahore High Court (LHC) will administer oath to designated governor Baligh ur Rehman on June 01.
He held federal government will complete its tenure.
