CJP, some other judges to remain at principal seat of Islamabad in backdrop of election

ISLAMABAD, Feb 05 (Online): Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa and some other judges will remain at Islamabad principal seat in the perspective of general election taking place on February 08.

They will hear different cases. Three benches will hear cases on principal seat of Islamabad during the week which has commenced from Monday.

A 3-member bench of SC presided over by CJP Qazi Faez Isa will hear the cases for one day on February 07.

Three benches will hear the cases on February 6, 7 and 9.

One bench will be presided over by Justice Sardar Tariq Masood second by justice Muneeb Akhtar and third by Justice Yahya Afridi.
The cases include criminal, civil, banking, family, NAB and others.

The cause list of the cases has been issued.
