Islamabad- January 17 (Online): Important cases could not be heard in Islamabad High Court (IHC) Chief Justice (CJ) Islamabad High Court Athar Minallah has suddenly preceded on leave
According to details, some important cases were fixed for hearing in the Court of IHC CJ Athar Minullah. Cases of Housing Societies and application requesting not to impose contempt of court from the family of former CJ Gilgit Baltistan were included in the Cause List.
Hearing of all cases could not be held due to leave of CJ.
