Chairman PTI gives application to chief commissioner for shifting session’s court to JC

ISLAMABAD, JUNE 12 (ONLINE): Chairman PTI has given to Chief Commissioner the application for shifting the session’s court of Islamabad to Judicial Complex (JC).

Barrister Gauhar gave the application to chief commissioner on the directive of Islamabad High Court (IHC).

It has been requested in the application that session’s court be shifted to JC for one day. Bail plea in 9 cases has to be filed.

The petitioner has taken the plea that there is security threat in F-8 Kutchery.

IHC directed to give application to chief commissioner.

Earlier Chairman PTI had appeared in IHC with the plea seeking shifting of session’s court to JC for one day.

Chief Justice Amir Farooq while directing chairman PTI to give application to chief commissioner in this regard had said that court says to chief commissioner and he will do it.

He directed that counsels for the petitioner will give application to chief commissioner today. Chief Commissioner will give decision on concerned application.

Chief Justice Amir Farooq said to chairman PTI we are just disposing of this application now and if the decision comes against you on your application then you can file application again.
