ISLAMABAD, March 13 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) while accepting miscellaneous petition for filing additional documents in the case against appointment of DG Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) Shoaib Khoso has sought record of MBA degree of Shoaib Khoso from registrar of University of Sindh.
The degree filed by the petitioner has been sent to registrar university of Sindh for verification.IHC has ordered DG PSB to file all educational certificates and degrees remarking that DG PSB should file the affidavit regarding genuineness of educational certificates and degrees too. This order was issued by Justice Babar Sattar of IHC during the hearing of miscellaneous petition of petitioner Amjid Farooq.
Navid Malik advocate appeared in the court on behalf of the petitioner. The court was told that they want to keep on record the alleged fake degree of MBA issued by university of Sindh. A degree was issued in the name of Geeta Shankar on the roll number which was written on the degree of Shoaib Khosa, Justice Babar Sattar inquired you have got these papers from where.
Navid Malik told the court we had applied for verification and documents were given to us with great difficulty.
We seek record from university. We will hear it with central case on April 30.The court while recording this order adjourned the hearing of the case.
