Lahore SEPTEMBER 25 (Online): Immigration has arrested Khawar Maneka from Airport.
He was going to Dubai by Emirates Airline.
According to sources, Khawar Maneka was stopped at Allama Iqbal International Airport because his name was included in Exit Control List.
A case is registered against Khawar Maneka by Anti-Corruption.
On the other hand, according to spokesperson of Anti-Corruption Establishment Punjab, Khawar Maneka has been arrested on the charge of illegal construction on government land.
An inquiry is being made on the reference of Deputy Commissioner against Khawar Farid Maneka.
It has been said in DC reference that Khawar Maneka has constructed an illegal marriage hall on graveyard site.
Khawar Maneka has also built 26 illegal shops on land of graveyard.
There is an allegation in the case filed against Khawar Farid Maneka that the marriage hall was built on 4 kanal land of cemetery without approval/map. Khawar Farid Maneka has been illegally occupying the land of Pir Islam graveyard Haveli Lakha for a long time.
Khawar Farid Maneka was trying to escape from country. Anti-corruption has failed his attempt to escape from country and arrested him.
According to spokesperson, Anti-corruption operations are underway indiscriminately against corrupt elements across Punjab.
