ISLAMABAD, SEP 21 (Online): Bushra Bibi wife of chairman PTI has challenged FIA call up notice in alleged audio leak case.
Bushra Bibi has filed miscellaneous petition against FIA investigation in Islamabad High Court (IHC).
Wife of Imran Khan filed the petition through Counsel Latif Khosa taking the plea the central case is already pending hearing in this court but FIA and Police are harassing. Police sent notice to appear before SSP operations. While FIA has issued call up notice for voice matching.
The legal point was raised in the petition FIA issued call up notice for September 19 despite the case being pending hearing.
The central case is now fixed for hearing on October 30.
