ISLAMABAD, APRIL 07 (ONLINE): Bushra Bibi wife of PTI founder Imran Khan has resorted to Islamabad High Court (IHC) for better facilities in Adiala Jail .
Counsel for Bushra Bibi through a petition in IHC took the plea she has stayed in Prime Minister (PM) House as first lady and she is entitled to better facilities as per law due to her better standard of living. Bushra Bibi requested the jail authorities for due facilities in jail.
It was said in the petition superintendent Adiala Jail did not pay any heed to Bushra Bibi plea. Husband of Bushra Bibi, PTI founder has been entitled to better facilities in this jail. The respondents be directed to fulfill their legal obligations.
It has been requested in the petition order be issued to Jail authorities to provide due facilities to Bushra Bibi under jail rules 1978.
Federation, superintendent Adiala jail and chief commissioner Islamabad have been made respondents through the petition.
Bushra Bibi is serving 7 years sentence in jail in 190 million pounds case.
