Bilal Yasin murder case moved to session court, terrorism provisions abolished

LAHORE 01 August (Online): Anti-terrorism Court has removed terrorism provisions in case of murderous attack on PML-N leader Bilal Yasin and ordered to transfer it to Sessions court.

The suspects had filed an appeal against provisions of terrorism in Lahore High Court.

Provisions of terrorism have been removed from case on order of Lahore High Court.

Anti-terrorism Court administrator Judge Abher Gul Khan heard case of murderous attack on PML-N leader Bilal Yasin in which Malik Ishrat appeared on behalf of suspects.

Others including suspects Mian Haseeb Wiki, Asad Hamid, Hamid Mehmood, Mohsin Manzoor, Maruf Ali and Zulfiqar appeared in court.

The hired killers Majid and Qasid alias Kashi involved in case were also presented in the court from Jail.

During hearing lawyers of suspects said that our appeal to remove provisions of terrorism from case was pending in Lahore High Court which has been approved.

Datta Darbar Police Station Challan against suspects has been presented in Court.

The suspects are accused of murderous attack on PML-N leader Bilal Yasin.
