LAHORE, JANUARY 29 (ONLINE): Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has approved bail of PTI worker Sanam Javed and Muhammad Tanvir in torching PML-N house.
Judge Arshid Javed Chadhar of ATC announced the decision Monday.
It was said in the reserved judgment announced by the court that counsel for the accused Sanam Javed told that she was involved after six months in this case.
Deputy prosecutor Abdul Jabbar Dogar requested the court to reject bail plea saying accused Sanam Javed incited people for besiege and arson.
Case against the accused Sanam Javed is registered in police station Model Town..
Investigation police arrested Sanam Javed soon after approval of her bail plea in a case registered in police station Shadman. Case against Sanam Javed is registered in Shadman police station under May 9 siege and arson charges.
Police said in this regard Sanam Javed will be shifted to police station Shadman.
It is pertinent to mention here Model Town police have registered case of torching PML-N office against Sanam Javed.
