GUJRANWALA, March 03 (Online); PML-N leader Atta Ullah Tarar while demanding investigation into audio leak of Fawad Chaudhry has said the hearing of the allegations against judge should be fixed in Judicial Council of Supreme Court.
Some audios have come from judiciary and it seems that some inclination is towards a specific political party.
He said this while addressing a press conference here Friday.
I want to make it clear that when audio came about a judge then reference was filed against judge. Reference has not been fixed for hearing so far. What audio has come today and the way talk is being made about a truck and judge name is being mentioned that truck is standing ready for him. This is not truck of mangoes. It is clear of which thing this truck is.
He said reference has been filed in SJC and there are evidence of accumulation of assets beyond known sources of income, misuse of powers and corruption therein. What is the reason the reference has not been fixed for hearing so far.
