ISLAMABAD, MARCH 20 (ONLINE): Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has prevented police from arresting PTI former spokesperson Rauf Hassan in 4 cases.
Judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain heard the bail before arrest plea of Rauf Hassan Thursday.
Defence counsel said record of the case has not come so far then arguments are not possible.
The court directed record will come on next hearing. Arguments be given.
Rauf Hassan appeared in the court along with his counsel Ayesha Khalid.
The court adjourned hearing of cases registered in police stations including Aabpara, Karachi company and Margalla till May 5.
Hearing of the case registered in police station Ramna was adjourned till April 8.
It is pertinent to mention here cases against Rauf Hassan are registered in connection with November 26 protest.
