ISLAMABAD, JULY 13 (ONLINE): Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has issued bailable arrest warrants of chairman PTI, Shibli Faraz, Farrukh Habib, Hassan Niazi and others.
The court while issuing bailable arrest warrants of the accused has directed them to appear in person before it on July 19.
PTI chairman did not appear in ATC.
The court while rejecting the exemption plea issued bailable arrest warrants.
The court also issued bailable arrest warrants of Shibli Faraz, Farrukh Habib, Hassan Niazi and other leaders in judicial complex riots case.
The hearing of two cases registered in Ramna police station and one in Golra police station against Chairman PTI started in the court. Their lawyer filed the plea for exemption.
Sardar Masroof, counsel for chairman PTI told the court his client has to appear in Lahore high court . Therefore, he could not come to Islamabad.
Judge Abual Hasnan said he will have to appear before the court.
The court issued arrest warrants in respect of two cases registered in police station Ramna and one in police station Golra.
