ISLAMABAD, MARCH 20 (ONLINE): Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has dismissed acquittal pleas of PTI leaders Faisal Javed Khan, Wasiq Qayyum and other 3 accused.
Former MPA Raja Rashid Hafeez was declared proclaimed offender in the case.
During the next hearing of the case the accused persons will be indicted.
The protest at Faizabad following the disqualification of PTI founder Imran Khan case came up for hearing before Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra Thursday.
The court announced the decision on acquittal pleas of Faisal Javed Khan and Wasiq Qayyum.
Petition of Faisal Javed Khan praying for abolition of terrorism clauses was also rejected.
The court declared former MPA Rashid Hafeez proclaimed offender for his persistent absence from attendance in the court.
The accused will be indicted in next hearing of the case.
The court adjourned hearing of the case till April 8.
It is pertinent to mention here cases against Faisal Javed Khan and other accused are registered in police station industrial area.
