LAHORE. January 03 (Online): Appellate Tribunal (AT) has removed the registrar office objection on the petition filed against acceptance of nomination papers of former Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif from NA 130.
The appeal plea filed against acceptance of nomination papers of former PM Nawaz Sharif from NA-130 came up for hearing Wednesday.
Judge Rasaal Hassan Syed of AT heard the appeal plea.
The AT while issuing notice on appeal has summoned reply.
The judge has summoned the returning officer in person.
