LAHORE, Jan 25 (Online): Arrest of PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry has been challenged in Lahore High Court (LHC).
Fawad Chaudhry has been arrested by police from Lahore. A petition has been filed by Ahmad Pinsota in LHC against his arrest.
The petitioner has taken plea in the petition arrest of Fawad Chaudhry is illegal. Even FIR has not been shown to Fawad Chaudhry. Police have not told the reasons of his arrest. Fawad Chaudhry is lawyer of Supreme Court and former federal minister.
The petition filed against arrest of Fawad Chaudhry has been fixed for hearing in LHC.
