ISLAMABAD, August 07 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has fixed for hearing on August 10 the appeal plea seeking restoration of right to defence to chairman PTI in Toshakhana case.
The appeal will be heard by single bench of IHC led by Chief Justice (CJ) Amir Farooq.
The court has already issued notice to Election Commission and sought reply.
Trial court had abolished the right to defence in respect of chairman PTI in Toshakhana case.
Chairman PTI had filed petition in IHC for restoration of his right to defence.
