ISLAMABAD, APRIL 25 (Online): Another alleged leaked audio of former Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Saqib Nisar and Khawja Tariq Rahim has surfaced.
In the reported leaked audio Saqib Nisar is allegedly guiding Khawaja Tariq Rahim on a contempt of court application.
It can be heard in audio former CJP Saqib Nisar is reportedly saying “see the suo motu notice case of 2010. You will understand it when you read it.
Upon it Khawaja Tariq Rahim way is given in clause three.
Saqib Nisar says that is the only way out for you otherwise case could not be made out. It is a straight case of contempt of court after what has happened in AJK.
